Terms of Service

These terms cover AGENTSA at app.agentsa.ai, this website, and related AGENTSA services. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them. If you use AGENTSA for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

1. What AGENTSA is

AGENTSA lets you message AI teammates that do jobs you describe, when you ask, with tools you connect. Prepared messages and outside changes wait for your approval. You choose which connected tools the team may use.

AGENTSA is software as a service. We do not become your employee, lawyer, accountant, or the operator of your Salesforce, Microsoft, or other tools. You stay responsible for what you approve.

2. Accounts and sign-in

You need a working email. We send a sign-in link; we do not store a password. Keep that inbox under your control. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you lose access.

You must be at least 18. Do not use AGENTSA for anything illegal, for spam, or to access someone else's tools without permission.

3. Free profiles, paid credits, and optional plans

For new prepaid accounts, creating a profile and exploring are free. There is no free AI usage. You need paid credits to run AI work. A one-time pack is $10 for 300 credits and does not expire. Optional monthly plans are Starter ($19 for 700 credits), Everyday ($39 for 1,500 credits), and Power ($79 for 3,200 credits). Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid period and do not roll over. The app shows the amount and terms before you pay.

We bill through Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Taxes may apply. A monthly plan renews until you cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not remove unexpired monthly credits or unused pack credits. We do not buy credit packs automatically. Refunds and cancellation are spelled out at agentsa.ai/billing, which is part of these terms.

Existing legacy subscriptions keep their agreed prices, billing cycles, included usage, purchased packs, and cancellation terms. The prepaid offer does not automatically change or cancel those agreements. Legacy accounts with existing schedules can continue running those scheduled jobs under their current usage and approval rules. Included legacy plans that we cover for you are not billed through Stripe and can end if we stop including them.

4. Usage and limits

Credits cover the AI provider usage needed to run your work. 100 credits cover $1 of metered provider cost. Usage varies with the task and does not promise a fixed number of messages or completed jobs. We may reserve credits while a job runs and return any unused reservation when the job ends. When available credits run out, new work waits and running work may pause until you add credits or a monthly payment adds a new allowance.

Your request and saved progress remain in the conversation. Temporary working files and live work sessions have a limited lifetime, so a long pause may require a new run using saved progress. We may refuse or pause work when the available usage budget cannot cover it. For legacy subscriptions, the usage pool and limits in your existing agreement continue to apply.

5. Your content and tools

You own the files, notes, and drafts you put in AGENTSA. You give us a license to store and process them only to run AGENTSA for you. You confirm you have the right to connect the tools you connect (Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Gmail, HubSpot, Zapier, and others) and to let AGENTSA read or, after you approve, send on those tools.

Employee keys, session cookies, and stored secrets are for your account only. Do not share them. If you rotate a key, the old one stops working.

6. AI work is a draft until you say so

AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat every inbox item as a draft. You decide what goes out. We are not liable for a letter, email, record change, or other action you approved.

7. Our service

We aim to keep AGENTSA running. We may change features, models, or limits with notice when a change would take something you already paid for. We may suspend an account that harms the service, other customers, or the law. We may refuse a job that we cannot run safely.

AGENTSA is provided as is. We do not promise a particular result, a particular model, or uninterrupted time. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, AGENTSA and Granato Co. LLC are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, and our total liability for AGENTSA in a year is the amount you paid us for AGENTSA in that year.

8. Ending the account

You can stop using AGENTSA and cancel a paid plan as described above. We can close an account for misuse or non-payment. After an account ends we may delete or anonymize stored data after a reasonable time. Ask hello@agentsa.ai if you want your account removed.

9. Texas law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is Bexar County, Texas. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The current version lives at agentsa.ai/terms.
